人物档案:李万泉,重庆云阳县人,1951年生。1975年毕业于重庆医科大学医疗系,即分配到原省部级重点中专暨四川省万县卫生学校工作,担任《内科学(含传染病学)及护理》的教学与临床工作。1979年参与该校附属医院的建立与内科病房的诊疗工作。1992年9月在原四川省万县卫校取得高级讲师资格;1995年受聘为台湾省针灸学会客座教授;第二届世界传统医学大会(95年5月美国旧金山)演讲学者。1985年参与当时国家卫生部与高教委委托该校编写的中等医护学校《内科实习指南》、《内科护理学》有关章节的编写,两书已分别于1992、1993年由国家级出版社(人民卫生出版被)正式出版。在临床医疗近二十年的工作中,李医师意识到西医在治疗慢性疑难杂病以及病毒感染性疾病疗效甚微,更不可能根治,遂于92年毅然离开单位,投入到用中医药治疗前述疾病及自费研究并行临床治疗乙肝和艾滋病的艰辛而巨大的工作,至今长达29年。
Li Wanquan, born in Yunyang County, Chongqing, was born in 1951. The two books were officially published by the national press (People's Health Publishing) in 1992 and 1993 respectively.
